About Us
A serene haven to soothe, heal, revive and detox mind, body and soul, MOOD by Meg offers therapeutic massage beds, oxygen bar, infrared sauna and cold plunge. As a Nurse Practitioner, founder Meg Coleman spent several years researching the wellness space and invested in the latest equipment to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
Whether you’re an athlete looking for recovery or someone in need of a heightened level of well-being, boost to the immune system and stress reduction—these next-level holistic treatments offer a myriad of proven benefits. The boutique wellness space includes three luxuriously appointed spa suites.
Monthly memberships cover one, two or all of the modalities. Massage, infrared and cold plunge enhance circulation and promote muscle repair. The 4-dimenstional beds feature massage rollers that move up and down, left and right, and in and out, for an experience very similar to a traditional massage from a massotherapist. They can even stretch you into yoga positions. And the oxygen therapy sends beneficial oxygen into the muscles, tissues and organs to support detox, improve mood, relieve headaches and migraines. Spa technicians help guests select aromatherapy oils to maximize their experience.
To begin any soothing treatment, clients select a plush spa robe from a rack designated from those different types of moods..
Since the community has supported our business, we’re answering to call to also open the space for private events. Perfect for showers or bachelorette or bachelor parties, guests can don their robes and relax in the soothing lounge between the treatment modalities.
